➊ Place toe loop(s) over the affected toe and joint. The strap with the rounded Velcro® tab should be on the left. Pull the Toe Tamer down at the base of the toe loop from under your foot to create tension and to pull the toe(s) into the desired position.
➋ As close to your ankle as possible, wrap the right strap over the top of your foot. Do the same with the left strap and attach with the Velcro tab.
➌ Attach the heel strap on one side and wrap around the back of your foot above your heel. Pull snugly and attach on the other side. That's it! Wear alone or in a shoe, with or without a sock. Click on TIPS & INFO above to learn more!
